I firmly believe people can change for the better. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and a client-centered approach to help clients achieve their goals.

I am an experienced licensed mental health counselor (LMHC-D), credentialed alcoholism and substance abuse counselor with a gambling specialty (CASAC M), and a certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC).
